We collect personal information when you use the Attendance System, including:

- Time and location data, such as punch-in and punch-out times, GPS location, and attendance images.
- Permissions granted for accessing camera and GPS location services.
Location and Camera Data Usage
The app may collect and use your location and camera data for the purpose of:
- Capturing attendance images when you punch in or out.
- Storing your GPS location at the time of attendance marking for verification purposes.
- Ensuring accurate timekeeping and ensuring attendance data is matched with your location.
Image Storage and Usage
The app captures images using your device's camera during the attendance process. These images are stored securely on our servers for record-keeping purposes and for audit trails related to your attendance entries.
Usage Data
We may also collect information automatically when you use the app, including:
- Device information such as your device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
- Usage data such as the pages you view, the features you use, and the actions you take within the application.
Face Data Usage:
Our app collects facial images during attendance submission by employees. This is solely for the purpose of verifying the identity of the employee marking attendance and maintaining accurate attendance records. The collected face images are stored securely and are not shared with any third party. These images remain accessible only to the company admin and are retained only as long as the admin wishes to maintain attendance logs. Upon deletion of the admin account, all related employee data and images are permanently removed.
Account Deletion:
Admin users may delete their account directly from within the app. When an admin deletes their account, all employee accounts and attendance data associated with that admin are automatically and permanently deleted. Employees do not create their own accounts but log in with credentials assigned by the admin.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, including attendance verification and record-keeping, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption for storing and transmitting attendance images and location data. However, no method of data transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children's Privacy
The Employee Attendance App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that we may have collected personal information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
